Posco settles ‘provisionally’ iron ore price with Vale

European steel production to rise 0.6% in 2010

According to Eurofer, European steel production is expected to increase by 0.6 percent in 2010. The steel output will increase by 3.5~4 percent in 2011. Europe’s economy will improve by slow steps because of the uncertainty factor; steel consumption dropped by 35 percent in 2009.
